Momentum

Terms of Use

Effective date: May 2026  ·  Last updated: May 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Momentum ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

These terms apply to the iOS version of Momentum available on the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any Apple device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

Momentum Pro (in-app purchase)

Momentum Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription — you pay once and the Pro features are permanently unlocked on your Apple ID.

Restore Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap Settings → Restore Purchases to recover your Pro entitlement at no additional charge.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are governed by Apple's refund policy and must be submitted through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds independently.

Price: The displayed price may vary by App Store region and is set by Apple's pricing tiers. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

Sign in with Apple

Sign in with Apple is optional. If you use it, you are also agreeing to Apple's Terms of Service. We use your Apple ID solely to associate your purchase and streak data with your account across devices.

You may delete your account and revoke access at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account inside the App.

Acceptable use

The App is designed for personal morning routines. You agree not to use it in any way that could cause harm to yourself or others. The exercise challenges (push-ups, squats, etc.) assume you are medically able to perform them. Consult a healthcare provider if you have any doubts about your fitness to exercise.

The App is not a medical device and should not be used as one.

Intellectual property

All content in the App — including but not limited to the name "Momentum", the design, graphics, sounds, and code — is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will fire with perfect reliability on every device. iOS background execution policies, low power mode, notification permission changes, and system updates are outside our control and may affect alarm delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed appointments or obligations caused by a failed alarm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for Momentum Pro (or $0 if you have not purchased Pro).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund (see Apple's refund policy above).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will note material changes in App Store release notes and update the effective date on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
